What you'll do

Depending on the families you choose to work with, duties may include:

• Companionship
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Feeding and meal prep
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfers
• Light housekeeping
• Laundry
• Transportation and errands
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Overnight care
• Live-in care
• Hospice support
• Post-surgery and respite care

Who we're looking for

• People who care about seniors and people with special needs.
• Credentials help families choose. List any you have.
• Required before you are placed with a family: a California Home Care Aide Registry listing, a Live Scan background check, a TB test, and CPR and First Aid, and you must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the US. You can sign up first and finish these after.
• Helpful credentials: CNA, HHA, LVN or RN, ABA (RBT or BCBA), medication training, hospice or palliative care training, and dementia or Alzheimer's training.
