- Families: your name, contact details, ZIP code, and what kind of care you are looking for. If you request a caregiver, also the caregiver you chose, your care needs, hours, any rate you propose, and your message.
- Caregivers: your name, phone, email, ZIP code, experience, services you offer, availability, any preferred rate you enter, and anything else you choose to add to your profile, such as a bio or photo.
How we use it
- To contact you about Insured Care.
- To match families with caregivers, and to confirm rates and schedules with both sides.
- To send you emails you asked for, such as a link to finish your caregiver profile.
What is shown publicly
On the caregiver search, families see a caregiver's first name, last initial, city, experience, bio, and photo if one is added. A caregiver's phone number and email are never shown publicly.
Who helps us run the site
