This site is a general overview of how Insured Care works. Protection details and terms are confirmed in writing before any hire.

You choose your caregiver. You and the caregiver agree on the rate, the schedule, and what the job includes, and Insured Care confirms it with you before care starts.
Asking about a caregiver is free. Nothing is final until it is confirmed with you in writing.

Caregivers placed through Insured Care work as W-2 Insured Care employees.
You and each family agree on your rate, and Insured Care confirms it with them.
Founding Caregivers never pay a fee, ever. Caregivers who join later may have a small fee in the future. If a fee is added for caregivers who join later, we will give notice before anything changes.
You are responsible for your own licenses and credentials. They appear on your profile as you state them.

Insured Care is not a licensing body and does not certify IHSS eligibility or enrollment.
